Now for the part we, the consumers, have to own: we say we want science, then reach for the prettier bottle anyway. Not because we're ignorant; the pretty bottle was the only signal anyone ever gave us.

Our Founder’s Journey
In 2021, I recovered from Covid. My cholesterol didn't.
I did what most of us do: I let it be, assuming my body would sort itself out. Fifteen months later, it hadn't. By September 2022, I was pre-diabetic and insulin resistant, with high uric acid stacked on top of the cholesterol that started it all.
I saw a doctor… and walked out with prescriptions and a follow-up date. That's where most Indian health stories settle: manage the numbers, refill the strip, repeat for life.
I decided mine wouldn't. Over the next year, with exercise, nutrition, better sleeping habits and targeted supplementation, I reversed all four conditions. No shortcuts and definitely no miracle products; only consistent work, and a lot of reading.
Around the same time, my mother was diagnosed with IBS after running between doctors and hospitals for 8 months. When I went deep into the research on ageing and longevity, I found a number that has driven me ever since: India's life expectancy is about 70 years, but our healthy life expectancy is only 58. An average Indian spends the last 12 years of their life dependent on medicines, clinics, sometimes confined to a bed or a wheelchair. Sri Lanka does better than us. So do Nepal, Bangladesh and China.
That had to change. And reversing my own conditions taught me how.
