Refund policy

  • Kindly record a continuous video starting before you open the package and while you open it.

    If there’s any issue with your order, this will help us quickly verify it and process a replacement or refund for you.

  • Damaged Products - Report within 48 hours of receipt with pictures of the damage, order number, and place of purchase. Use the email address associated with your purchase.

  • 30-Day Return/Refund Policy 

  • Valid from the date of purchase.

  • Products must be unopened and in original condition.

  • Refund processing - Refunds are issued after we receive the returned item, either back to the original payment method or as store credit.
